Justinmind’s dynamic panels can be used as a tool to design smart pages and create smart (er) content. Multiple screens can be used while creating a prototype. Or if you want to create a whole new design, go for the screen and widget tab. That’s why Justinmind makes sure to bridge that gap and offer designers toggle switches that are fully functional from the get-go. If you want to make some changes to pre-installed Justinmind templates, select the template tab, and choose which template you want to customize for your designing. You can add more panels by clicking the ‘+’ button in the menu. After you’ve placed one on the Canvas, you’ll notice a floating menu near it. But most of those toggles are missing something crucial: built-in interaction. Select the device screen that youre designing for. Create a dynamic panel You can find dynamic panels in the Toolbar dropdown under ‘Dynamic content’ or by hitting the D key. It’s not so much as the effort to create a toggle from scratch, as most prototyping tools out there already offer toggles in their basic UI kits. A dialog will show up and there you can define the default style for your widgets (e.g.: edit Rectangle background style for your status bar). A toggle switch is a single component, which makes for easy prototyping. Go to the template you are using for your screens, right-click on it (in the Templates panel list) and select 'Edit Template Style'. ![]()
